I am a certified agent with Covered California and have been submitting paper applications since October 17th via fax. To date I can not find out if they even have them or if they are being processed. I look on my agent portal. Nothing shows. Am I looking in the right place? Or are they really that far behind?
The agent’s License Number is the writing number, and is all that is required.
When you complete the Covered CA paper application and apply for individual coverage, do you need to send in all the pages (36)or just the pages that relate to your particular enrollment?…
I applied in the state of California over the phone 3 weeks ago, I have not received anything in the mail advising me if I am accepted and the pick a medical plan. What should I do now?

Covered California Certified Agents are issued an Agent Number and a Certification number, but the Paper Application only asks for Agent California License number. Should we write in all three numbers, to be on the safe side?
Actually there is a place where you can write down the plans you want - on Attachment D of the application.
