Question: Will there be inclusion of dental care for children under the aca in california?

Answer: Yes. Pediatric dental coverage is included in qualified health plans to be offered in Covered California. Pediatric dental will be available through QHPs or on a stand-alone basis but it WILL cost extra (meaning more than if the QHP does not offer pediatric dental, which will also be a choice).
