Question: Where will the Covered California service center be located?

Answer: There will actually be three Covered California service center locations. The main center will be in Rancho Cordova (Sacramento), the other 2 will be in Contra Costa (East Bay), and Fresno.

Unfortunately, because of the extra hours I had been working, my income for 2015 rose up tremendously. My joint income with my wife rose from 50,000 to 79,000. As a consequence, my Covered California Agent told me that I had to pay $14,000.00 in federal tax. At the end of 2015 I was laid off from my second job meaning that my income this year will be 20,000.00 less. I dont have the money to pay for this huge tax. Please kindly advise me what avenue I could resort to for assistance. Thank you.

Arturo: Get a certified health insurance agent to help you otherwise you will have to call Covered California directly. Here’s a link to find an agent http://www.coveredca.com/get-help/local/#null

Unable to !?#$! access the main menu when I dial 800-300-1506 or 855-857-0445 to inquire about my missing Form 1095-A!!!!! It has been more than 2 weeks now since you sent me a notice via email that I needed this to complete my tax return. I can not contact anyone by email or phone call to verify if it even went out. CAN SOMEBODY THERE PLEASE CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS!! This is without a doubt one of the most agrivating things to have to go through just to pay my taxes. PLEASE RESPOND……

Mmike M, I had the same problem. I talked to a helpful woman named Amanda at the Fresno Service Center. Call Covered California and they should be able to backdate your coverage. By any chance are you turning 65 this year? I have a feeling this may be a contributing factor to being dropped.

I received an e-mail from Blue Shield saying if there were no changes, just do nothing and my account would continue into 2015. I had no changes, did nothing and on Jan. 1, 2015 my automatic payment thru my bank was $683.65 instead of the usual $63.85. WHO CAN I CALL to Rectify this and is there an Office for Coveredca. somewhere in San Diego County? I’m in the Southern part of San Diego and have called 4 numbers so far with no help, only wasted time and frustration! Thanks

Michael Hill call Covered California at 800-300-1506. They have a few english speakers.

i need your help, please send me a number where i can speak to someone who speaks English, Thank You—

When applying last year an insurance agent set up the account. I have neither a user I.D. or password to renew. Your security questions are completely meaningless. This is my daughters computer and I have limited use. Your service center web site info has no information for the customer. Phone number ? Address for correspondence ? I am glad Mr. Daigle likes to communicate with people good at computer skills, but in case you do not know, 50% of seniors do not own a computer ! Address: G.L.Gormley, P.O. 101, Los Alamos, CA 93440

just wondering what is mt best option im diabetic and have mdi cal my co-pay is about $1100 which pretty much means its useless unless I get hospitalized.i just did a blood test that cost me nearly $400 I cant offord it I thought medical was to help people like me what am I supposed to do? its great that I don’t have to pay medical a monthly fee but its becoming more and more clear that with all the doctor visits and blood works and medications that medical is not for me?

An individual I know is having trouble establishing her insurance coverage…she gets confused…she lives in the Los Angeles/Long beach area…are there no physical offices for her to visit for assistance????? I only see 3 in the northern part of the state…..

Thank you!!!

My name: Michael Oliver SS#: 330-90-3027 Covered California Case number: 5000570236

This year, I worked for several short term jobs, and I marked in One time payment (“lump sum”) in the Covered Cal application.

Then I’ve received mail from Covered California, that request me to explain and give more information about that.

That is my wrong marking (“lump sum”) payment. Really, I have no payment from winning, large gift, inheritance, or retroactive Social Security… But only one payment for each of my very short term odd job ( I have wanted to showed)

I would like to change that option, I mean I have no “one time payment” (in Covered California application form). Anyway, I have cleared out that option already. However, the result in my account still has no changed.

I would like to contact with Service Center.

Please notify me of when there will on site service locations in Rancho Cordova
